UCC 1995 Jeep Cherokee County Edition

Well we have had the UCC 1995 Jeep Cherokee County Edition for about 2 months now and have set out a plan for this build so its time to put it into action. The goal for this rig is to have a very capable daily driver but to maintain good on-road manners. Below is the modifications to be installed or already installed. At the moment we are working hard to get the Rough Country X-Series Long Arm Suspension Kit installed and will keep updating the gallery with our progress. A review of the kit will follow as well.

UCC Metal Cloak Bumper Ordered + More...

Now that we have the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in our hands we are working hard to get it modded to our likings. In addition to the previous modificationss ordered for it we added a Metal Cloak Frame Built Bumper to the list. We will have pictures shortly of the build but we are very excited about the addition and should go nicely with the rest of the build we have planned for the LJ. If anyone is interested in ordering any Metal Cloak products please give us a call or drop us an email at info@ultimate-cc.com. I also got a chance to order some Autopal E-Code H4 Headlights and plan to order a DDM HID kit to make it a bit easier to drive the rig at night. Keep checking in for progress of the LJ build.

UCC 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

After the 1987 Jeep Wrangler Project came to an end with a roll-over accident we began looking for a replacement. This time around we had our eyes on building a low center of gravity yet extremely capable offroad jeep. We also wanted a bit more room for cargo and the 2004-2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited met that desire. The only problem was that approximately 40,000 were made and we wanted a 2005 specifically because it came with a better factory warranty and was the first year of the Unlimited was offered in 6-speed. So the search began and after several weeks we finally found a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in Patriot Blue, 6-speed and fully loaded with only 19,100 miles. So now the build will begin and we will keep everyone updated with the progress. Below are the current installed and waiting to be installed parts.

UCC Dent Day 015...

Well today we hosted our 15th UCC Dent Day. It wouldn't be a dent day without our typical rainy weather but so kept the event indoors for the most part. There was still had a nice turnout and were able to take care of all 11 customers needing PDR. Once again thanks to all who came out and supported the event and congrats to thxmygoodman from NASIOC for winning the raffle today, he is the proud new owner of a Prosport Boost gauge.

We are now a vendor for Monstaliner Products...

Please contact us if you are interested in or want more details on this great product.

Why Choose MONSTALINER?

Spray in, paint on, drop-in, roll on, do it yourself, pay someone else?

Rhino, Line-X, Gator, Raptor, Hippo, Hercules, Scorpion and now Monsta!

Researching which bed liner to purchase could easily make your head spin. One thing is certain though... just about every zoo animal and reptilian creature known to man has a product named after it.

If you've done your bed liner homework, you've learned that professional spray installed liners like Rhino Linings or Line-X can cost more than you feel like spending. Protecting your truck bed or jeep tub does not have to empty your pockets. Monstaliner™ is a highly durable, do-it-yourself solution that provides truly professional looking results while costing hundreds less than expensive spray installations.

Until now, a key issue with roll on bed liners has been a less than professional appearance and an inconsistent surface texture. Most roll on products use crumb rubber particles (ground up tires) as a way of creating texture. Crumb rubber is just a cheap filler and can comprise up to 1/4 of the gallon in popular roll on bed liners. With so much particle matter floating around in a gallon, settling can occur during use and the texture effect can turn out uneven and splotchy.

Monstaliner is a "New Generation" coating that contains no crumb tire rubber and its unique surface texture is created solely by the installation rollers. As Monstaliner is rolled, texture is pulled up from the coating and the surface cures with a unique, raised texture that looks almost sprayed. Some customers have even said it looks like molded plastic. This light surface texture as seen in photos around this web site, is far more eye pleasing than the "dirt thrown in a glossy black paint job" look of other roll on products.

The other major issue with roll on bed liners has been UV protection and this is where Monstaliner really puts other DIY products to shame. When a coating is not UV stable, the polymer starts to break down in the sun. With the crumb rubber filled liners, rubber particles starts to flake free and the coating starts to look poor and may even peel. Moisture can also migrate through the surface and start a rusting problem.

Monstaliner is formulated from 100% UV permanent, aliphatic polymers with high density ceramic core particle reinforcement. The ceramic is bonded to the polymer creating a tough and impenetrable barrier against moisture and corrosion.

We are now a vendor for MetalCloak Products...

Well we are now an official vendor for MetalCloak products. I have been watching their products on www.jeepforum.com and the response has been great. I was so impressed with them that I had to order up a full set for the LJ we will be building at our shop. I can't wait to get them in and do a full review and writeup on them. It is nice to be able to build a rig with zero inches of lift and still run 35s. I am a big fan of low center of gravity after my recent YJ rig rolled over in a road accident. If anyone is interested in ordering a set please give us a call or drop us an email. Below is a little more about the company and their products. For more information please check out www.metalcloak.com

MetalCloak, formerly Rev111, is a company of motorheads.

We work hard to design and build the best quality products on the market. The performance and design of our products are influenced by the rock crawling fanatics and mechanical engineers on our staff. We've spent countless hours designing and producing parts that'll make your adventures a blast.

In addition to good engineering, customer service is a critical part of our business. Your suggestions are important to us, we hope you'll contact us at any time with your valuable input. When you purchase a Rev111 product, we want you to be satisfied and we'll work hard to insure it.

Founded in 2006, Rev111 took the Jeeping community by storm with the first and only Arched Tube Fender. Now, three years later, we are once again bringing out the best quality product and the only Arched Tube Fender gaining three inches or more on the competition!!
